2 TSL 12100 is a Single Spindle Twin Turret 7 axes horizontal CNC Turning Centre with Turn Mill capability. The machine can accommodate components with Max Dia 120 mm up to 1000 mm in length. The machine has 2 Bi-Directional 6 Station Servo Turrets, Servo Tailstock with a programmable Quill, and a servo steady rest as part of the standard scope. Turrets can cut simultaneously (Balanced cutting) thus reducing cycle time. Steady Rest and Tailstock can be programmed to the component length requirement. Suitable for long shaft components like Rear Axle shaft, Camshaft, and Torsion Bar. Offered with complete Tooled-Up package which includes Work Holding, Tool selection, and Component prove out.
