CSL 2T is a 4 Axes Horizontal Turning Centre with heavy-duty 2 Path Twin Turrets supporting Crankshaft machining. Typical applications include the machining of Crankshaft Journals, Webs, Gear & Flange End Turning. Crankshafts up to 1200 mm can be admitted between centers. Simultaneous Turning of Multi Cylinder Crankshaft with two Turrets ensures cycle time reduction and an increase in Productivity. The machine is equipped with an A2-11 Spindle, Hardened Ground & Box Type Guideways, Twin 8 Station Servo Turrets, and 30 kW of Continuous Spindle Power. Offered with complete Tooled-Up package which includes Work Holding, Tool selection, and Component prove out.
