Machine Base:
High-quality cast-iron base with a ribbed structure for better static & dynamic rigidity and vibration dampening characteristics
Grinding Wheel Head:
- Fixed type wheel head on machine bed for maximum rigidity.
- Rigid cantilever type design offer ease in changing the wheel.
- Grinding wheel spindle is running on hydrodynamic bearings with continuous oil circulation.
Regulating Wheel Head:
- Wheel spindle runs on high precision roller bearing with grease for longer life
- Rigid outboard support provides maximum rigidity and life.
- Power transmission through the worm wheel
Grinding Wheel and Regulating Wheel Dressers:
- Hydraulic copy profile dresser for wheel dressing.
- The traverse axis is operated with a hydraulic cylinder for smooth movement and a better finish.
- In-feed radial depth of cut is given manually through micro feed graduation.
Main In-Feed Axis:
- High precision roller guideways for micro-movement
- Slide moves with the help of manually operated lead screw
- Precise size accuracy for workpieces is met through micro feed adjustment. (Least Count 0.001 mm)
